The 2009 First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit, passed earlier this year, allows buyers who haven't owned a home in at least three years to receive a refund up to $8,000! Login issue with CBR Web site - Tempo unaffected

There is currently a technical difficulty preventing members from using the password-protected portions of the CBR Web site. Tempo is unaffected and login access is working properly.

We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Once login access to password-protected portions of the CBR Web site are restored, a notice will be posted on the MLS welcome screen.  

The CBR will be closed on Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day.

May's average sales price jumps nearly 13 percent

Home sales increased for the fourth straight month as central Ohio's average sales price climbed to its highest amount this year, and increased slightly over May 2008, a sign that competitively-priced homes are keeping our market healthy.

The average sales price inched up over May 2008 to $168,576 but jumped 12.9 percent compared to April. [More info]
